Festi Monde is an initiative by ArtsConnect Ottawa dedicated to strengthening the artistic ecosystem of the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

We bring together artists, partners, and community members around a shared goal: to support, retain, and elevate local talent.

To organize Festi Monde in Ottawa, a dynamic annual festival providing a platform for Francophone artists outside Quebec and culturally diverse Canadian artists, while promoting artistic innovation and intercultural dialogue.

To build an international showcase serving Francophonie, cultural diversity, and artistic innovation, uniting communities through the shared appreciation of art and culture.
Objectives

Providing Platforms for Growth and Innovation

Support the professional development of emerging artists by providing them with a platform for visibility, networking, training, and establishing fruitful partnerships, with the aim of boosting their careers and fostering artistic innovation.

Foster intercultural interaction by creating spaces for exchange and collaboration between Francophone artists outside Quebec and diverse cultural communities, encouraging intercultural encounters and dialogues.

Promote diversified artistic expression by offering an eclectic and inclusive program encompassing a wide range of visual arts, musical performances, theatrical representations, and literary events.
